Processing Time

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches or made to order.
Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days, depending on complexity.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you need an item by a specific date, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.


Shipping

Orders are shipped via tracked mail and insured. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Domestic (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days

International: typically 1–3 weeks

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs.


Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unworn and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
